agree to the terms and conditions.

Anonymous online
counselling
Use this if you want to talk to a counsellor without having
to provide any identifying details.
You should be aware that, to enable the counsellor to help, you
will need to give us some information about your gambling concern;
however, this information will not be linked to you in any way.
Registered online counselling
Use this if you think you will use the counselling service more
than once, this will help keep a record of your discussions. This
way, we can also maintain a list of reference material and contacts
for you in your profile. You will also be able to monitor your
gambling spend and keep track of your self-assessment.
Email
support
Use this if you feel uncomfortable using the chat service, or if
you want to maintain contact with the same counsellor. You will
have to provide us with your email address, however this will mean
you can access the full benefits of the service by being
registering with us.
