Talk to Us: We need your valuable insights to help us improve our services for people affected by gambling

We’re developing a new Outcomes Framework to make sure our help services deliver the important results (outcomes) you, and other real people whose lives have been affected by gambling, need.

We’ve done some research already and reviewed the evidence. Our framework is in stage one. Get involved in this important project and tell us how it stacks up against what you know. What else do we need to know to get this right?

To take part, you simply need to be over 18 years of age, with experience of using a help service for your own or someone else’s gambling. As a thank you for your time, you will be reimbursed with a retail gift voucher.
