Are you worried you might have a problem with gambling?

If you're someone who gambles regularly, you may not realise gambling is causing harm in your life. It can be hard to tell if your gambling has begun to cause harm to you and those around you. Taking the time to assess your gambling can help you figure out if you’re having trouble controlling your gambling or if you’re experiencing gambling-related harm before it gets worse. This can help you make informed decisions about whether to make changes to your gambling or seek help.

How can you assess your gambling?

If you're worried that gambling may be causing harm in your life, you can take a short quiz called the Problem Gambling Severity Index (PGSI for short). The quiz includes nine questions relating to your gambling over the past year. You rate your answers to each question on a scale from never to almost daily. This quiz can help you understand how your gambling compares to other people’s gambling and the level of your gambling severity. It only takes a few minutes and you don't have to give any personal information. Take the quiz now to find out more about your gambling.
